Tasting note
The Dalton “Galilo” shows scents of cassis, anise, cherries and chocolate on the nose. The wine impresses with a soft and elegant palate. It has a long-lasting finish with warm vanilla notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with rich dishes, such as a tender steak, lamb chops or a chicken in a sweet and sour sauce.
Vinification
The musts are mixed only after a separate fermentation. The almost finished wine is later stored in oak barrels for 20 months.
