Tasting note
This Shiraz shows rich, complex characters of fruit marmalade, which is harmoniously balanced by earthy notes of tobacco, leather and licorice. A rich, powerful wine with soft, integrated tannins that give it a spicy, velvety feel and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Enjoy maximum pleasure by serving it with heavier meals such as beef goulash, lamb ribs, or a cheese platter.
Vinification
The grapes come from the “Elkosh” and “Hoshen” vineyards located in the western and Upper Galilee region. After the 10-day fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels for 14 months.
