About the wine
This provocative red wine 2019 — Dalton Estate Merlot is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The winemaker from the Israeli winery Dalton Winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Merlot is ideal to serve with poultry or slightly spicy red meat.

Tasting note
With its dark purple color, the “Dalton Estate Merlot”” shows classic aromas of plums, cherries, cloves and marmalade. With subtle vanilla notes, this wine has a balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lasagna, casserole and fried beef.
Vinification
The grapes for “Estate Merlot” are selectively harvested at the end of September and beginning of October. After warm fermentation, the must is pressed and aged in used barrels for a maximum of one year.
