Tasting note
The “Dalton Alma” is a wine with rich earthy characteristics of leather and licorice with subtle floral notes and wild raspberries. The wine has a medium body with a rich and silky finish.
Culinary recommendation
Try the wine with smoked meat from a smoker, cold cuts or pasta.
Vinification
The cuvée for this wine consists primarily of Shiraz, Grenache and Carignan grapes. The various varieties are fermented separately and aged for one year. The musts are then aged together in concrete tanks and wooden barrels for a further period of time.
