Tasting note
On the nose, a floral scent with notes of green apple, elderflower and honey. Fresh taste on the palate with good structure and long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aperitifs, light appetizers, fish dishes and seafood.
Vinification
Manual harvest after severe yield reduction in summer. Gentle pneumatic grape pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel with pure yeast and brief refinement under batonnage on the yeast.
