Tasting note
The Daiginjo Hiyashibori is a powerful and complex daiginjo. Fruity on the nose, with citrus and pineapple. Slightly sweet and spicy on the palate, with hints of moss and conifers combined with a slightly bitter cocoa note. Dry and long-lasting on the finish.
