Tasting note
Golden yellow, shiny. Ripe fruit on the nose, slightly yeasty. On the palate, peach, pear with nice, crunchy acidity. A wonderful thirst-quenching wine. Aged for 9 months on fine lees in oak barrels. Vegan certified.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with plant-based dishes such as curries with coconut milk, quiche with leeks or goat cheese substitutes, Asian-spiced vegetable stir-fries or spring rolls with peanut sauce. It also impresses solo as an aperitif with its charming aroma.
