Tasting note
55% Zweigelt, 30% Merlot and 15% Blaufränkisch. On the nose with a concentrated scent of dark berries, cassis and nougat. Spicy underlaid with precious wood notes and some tobacco. Rich, compact palate with a very ripe tannin structure and long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with game dishes, steaks and all other types of dark meat.
