About the wine
The striking Sauvignon Blanc 2014 — Cuvee Prestige Sancerre AC is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. Fertile and picturesque landscapes of the Loire give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Lucien Crochet conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Sauvignon Blanc can be served very well with white meat or mussels.

Tasting note
The refreshing bouquet of passion fruit, nectarine and basil shows a complex aroma structure and plenty of pleasure potential. The distinctive notes of lime and green apple shape their individual texture. Light body and distinctive acidity result in the white wine, which shows plenty of character and class in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Fine starters, shrimp dishes, vitello tonnato, pasta dishes with béchamelle sauces, grilled fish, poultry, white meat and cheese.

Information on vinification: Hand picked. Temperature-controlled ageing on the fine yeast for 30 days. Bottled approx. 1 year after harvest.
