About the wine
With the powerful Chasselas 2015 — Cuvée No. 7 Mont le Vieux, you can offer your family and friends something very special. The fertile and sunny landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Baron Patrick de Ladoucette conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve these chasselas with cheese platters or poultry.

Tasting note
Baron Patrick de Ladoucette is well known to connoisseurs, because the winery produces wines of international stature on the Loire. Her Vaudois La Côte is a discovery. Only Chasselas grapes are used for this pressing, with floral scents and an exciting citrus freshness. On the palate, tartegnin wine has a pleasant, full-bodied freshness with well-integrated acidity, which gives the wine very good storage potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, fish.
Vinification
Manual harvesting. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
