About the wine
Toni Sarrion is the undisputed champion of the Merseguera grape, an autochthonous grape variety from the southeastern coastal regions of Spain. Malvasía and Merseguera are ideal for the region's harsh climatic conditions. The grapes come from our own vineyards at an altitude of 850 m, on clay-sandy limestone soils, and are harvested strictly by hand. The wines are certified organic and vegan.

Tasting note
Light lemon yellow with greenish reflections. Crisp aromas of white stone fruits, honeydew melon and green pear, accompanied by nuances of white flowers, citrus and straw flowers. The sparkling freshness of Merseguera and the full-bodied texture of Malvasia merge into a harmonious game that impresses right down to the lively finale.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif, as well as with cold meat platters, mild fish or vegetable terrines, vegetarian cuisine, steamed freshwater fish, light Far Eastern dishes, chicken and hot cheese dishes, as well as with fresh and hard cheeses.
