About the wine
The majority of Cuvée 748 is from the 2020 vintage, a blend of various plots that together give champagne its own personality. The base wines were spontaneously fermented and aged in wooden barrels. Unfiltered The date of disgorgement is marked on the back of each bottle.

Tasting note
The nose shows fine notes of ripe apples, citrus fruits and white flowers, accompanied by a touch of brioche and roasted nuts. Firm, fresh and complex on the palate, with lively acidity and fine perlage. The finish is mineral, long and elegant — a champagne with character, clarity and impressive balance.
