Cuvée 743 DT consists mostly of the 2015 vintage, with the addition of reserve wines from previous vintages. Thanks to very ripe grapes, the dosage could be limited to 0.5 g/l. DT stands for Degorgement Tardif, freshly disgorged in April 2023 after this cuvée was left on the yeast with natural cork (sous-liège) for over 96 months.
