About the wine
The Petite Arvine is responsible for the nice freshness and the slight saltiness. The Pinot Blanc gives it a touch of exotic fruit. The Pinot Gris gives the Cuvée Madame Rosmarie Mathier its full-bodiedness and is responsible for the slight residual sweetness. The Sylvaner gives it its longevity.

Tasting note
The Madame Rosmarie Mathier white cuvée impresses with a lovely freshness and lots of aroma, for which the Petite Arvine is responsible. Pinot Blanc gives it a touch of exotic fruit. Pinot Gris gives the excellent wine its full-bodied character, while Sylvaner gives it longevity. With a nice acidity, Heida strengthens the backbone of the cuvée.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetarian dishes, saltwater fish, Shellfish, poultry, Asian dishes and aperitif.
Vinification
Dehydrated grapes. Each variety is grown individually. The assemblage is married after the original creation by Rosmarie Mathier. Even though Rosmarie is no longer in charge of this herself, she still has the right of veto when it comes to her cuvée during her lifetime.
