Tasting note
This red blend develops exquisite aromas of plum, sour cherry and licorice. Well-rounded structure, well-integrated tannins, perfect balance, pleasant length. Nice garnet red.

Goes well with charcuterie, anchovies, vineyard snails, oyster mushrooms, stuffed guinea fowl, stew, barbecues, burgundy-style beef, rabbit pepper and mild soft and semi-hard cheeses.
