Golden lustrous color. Very dominant on the nose, toast and biscuits.

Our recommendation: Drink this sparkling wine at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 3-5 years. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Cuvée Bruto Reserva goes well with oysters, crustaceans and aperitifs.
Vinification
Ageing in stainless steel tanks. 2nd fermentation in the bottle at a temperature of 15/16° for 45/60 days, then maturation for 12 months in the cellar.
