Tasting note
The Brut cuvée is lively, subtle and smooth. Aromas of almonds, fresh pears, apples and a delicate hint of citrus fruit seduce the nose and palate. A harmonious blend of bright, crunchy pomelo, white grapes and juicy fruits gives a wonderful feeling of lightness, which is enveloped by the structure and depth of Pinot Noir. Very well balanced.

Perfect for casual meals: seafood, fish, expeditions into unexplored culinary realms — all daring is allowed!
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. Second fermentation “pinch de mousse” on the bottle. Storage in the cellar for at least 36 months.
