Tasting note
Clear light yellow appears in the glass. With a fine and persistent perlage, delicately fruity aromas and a hint of bread crust in the bouquet. On the palate, with a dry style, good harmony and great palatability.

The grapes are harvested in the first half of September. Produced according to the Charmat method in steel tanks. Brut stylistics with 8gr residual sugar.
