About the wine

The winemaker from the French winery Domaine du Tix grows this wine in the Côtes du Rhône countryside. Tasting note
Cuvée consisting mainly of Syrah, with a small amount of grenache, aged in French oak barrels. Inviting, fruity-spicy nose with aromas of blackberries, dried plums, ripe figs and a touch of vanillin, carried by fine herbal and roasted notes. On the palate, with great fruit, round and equally finely spicy.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a hearty cassoulet or fried boudin noir with roasted potatoes, also great with grilled veal cutlets and, of course, lamb.
