Tasting note
Of a shiny, straw yellow-greenish color. A subtle fruity aroma with nuances of exotic fruits. The exciting acidity, power and elegance are palpable in this creation.

It goes well with aperitifs, vegetable dishes, veal or poultry terrine, marine fish and crustaceans.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked and destemmed by hand. Fermentation and aging take place exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Each grape variety is grown separately.
