Tasting note
On the nose, white peach, passion fruit and honeydew melon. On the palate, there are very nice notes of stone fruit, tangerines, citrus and ripe yellow peaches. Very elegant acid structure and a very long and fresh finish. The leader when it comes to reading Gerhard Kracher!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian spicy, dessert, by yourself, blue cheese, cake
Vinification
Aging to 85% in steel tanks and 15% in barriques, then storage for 12 months.
