Tasting note
The latest prank from Jeanne Piollot and her partner Gennaro de Miccoli. A white pressed Pinot Noir, aged without additional addition of sulfur and not embellished. Combines the fresh fruitiness of white wine with the fine-nutty spice and delicate tannin structure of Pinot. This shows aromas of juicy pome fruit, yellow cherries, nectarines and citrus fruits, delicately spicy with notes of dried herbs, roasted pine nuts and a delicate mineral touch. THE WINE IS NOT FILTERED AND MAY THEREFORE HAVE NATURAL TURBIDITY AND A FINE YEAST DEPOSIT. THIS HAS NO EFFECT ON THE QUALITY!
Culinary recommendation
A characterful alternative to an aperitif, even for people who normally don't tolerate white wine as well. Also great with light fish dishes and sophisticated vegetable cuisine. You can also try it with fondue or raclette.
