Tasting note
The white Amos from Kurtatsch is an elegant, stylish cuvée — very individual and incomparable in taste and scent. The Burgundy varieties (70%) form the solid and compact backbone. The aromatic background is formed by precious Riesling and Sauvignon parts, which give AMOS an exotic fruit finish, that of white peaches, lychees and orange blossoms.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters such as Vitello Tonnato, fish dishes and seafood, as well as Thai dishes and as an accompaniment to white meats.
Vinification
Separate harvesting and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, subsequent blending and fine yeast storage for 15 months in large oak barrels
