Tasting note
It appears rather reserved at first, but upon careful inspection, you discover a wide range of aromas: black cherry and dried plum accompanied by cumin, white pepper and bay leaf. Licorice and the delicate scent of wilted roses as well as leathery and tarry nuances can also be found. On the palate, it surprises with a wonderful richness of fruit, juicy acidity and soft tannins. He vigorously expands his range of tastes over a considerable period of time.
