Tasting note
Concentrated fruit aromas on the nose with notes of dried figs, dates and prunes. Plus fine notes of a cigar box and cocoa. Full bodied on the palate but not overloaded. Fresh acidity, dark fruit and a long, soft finish. Very soft and velvety
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with red meat, pasta with meat sauce, aged cheese and creamy risotto dishes with cheese.
