Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense nose with fine notes of exotic fruits and honey. Racy start on the palate, elegant, fruity body. Ends in a velvety, delicate, persistent finish.
Vinification
After gentle pressing, the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
