About the wine
Beautiful and fertile landscapes in Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Obrist conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This chasselas can be served very well with terrines or an aperitif.

Tasting note
Intense, complex aromas of peach and pear, framed by floral notes and lime blossom flavor. Wonderfully balanced, smooth, full-bodied, fruity and delicately melting, lots of refinement, long finish. Sparkling, bright yellow, with golden reflections.
Culinary recommendation
Starters, fish and seafood terrines, perch fillets, char, pike, white meat, fondue with Freiburger Vacherin, cheese platter.
