With this powerful Nerello — Cuordilava Etna Rosso Dolce & Gabbana DOC, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Blooming and fertile landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Donnafugata conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Nerello with beef goulash or Sicilian pasta dishes.

Tasting note
The Cuordilava is bright ruby red. On the nose, it develops complex aromas of red berries, plums and floral notes, accompanied by spicy nuances and mineral notes. On the palate, it has an elegant structure with fine tannins, lively acidity and a long-lasting, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes well with grilled meat, game dishes, pasta with strong sauces and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked by hand and traditionally vinified. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
