About the wine
Bodega Cuatro Rayas “raison d'être” is to produce Verdejo for wine lovers all over the world. Since its founding in 1935, the winery has positioned itself as a benchmark in the production of white wines and has also received numerous awards for its Sauvignon Blanc and Tempranillo in recent years. With the introduction of its own “green & social” label, the winery is committed to improving workers' living standards and maintaining the environment.

Tasting note
A pale yellow wine with delicate aromas of fennel, citrus and white fruits. On the palate, it is soft yet lively, with a fresh, fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif. Goes very well with seafood, fish, oysters, vegetables and rice dishes.
Vinification
The Verdejo grapes are harvested mechanically at night and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The alcohol is then removed by a continuous distillation process under vacuum. This process is short, takes place without high temperatures and thus preserves the aromas and taste of the wine.
