About the wine
Red wine from traditional, high-altitude vineyards (800—900 m) in the Ribera del Duero. The vines grow on clay-limestone and sandy gravel soils and are managed sustainably. The grapes are carefully picked by hand.

Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections and pronounced streaks in the glass. On the nose, intense aromas of milk, vanilla and leather, harmoniously integrated, fine wood. On the palate, full-bodied, supple and opulent with well-balanced acidity. Juicy and long-lasting aftertaste, with prominent tannins and notes of toast and dried fruit. With very good aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with game dishes and red meat, roasted vegetables, lamb chops, foie gras and aged cheese.
Vinification
Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. Picked by hand on clean clay-lime soils and then carefully selected berry by berry.
