Tasting note
The nose reveals a pure Syrah aroma, reminiscent of spices, black pepper, tobacco, subtle notes of leather, undergrowth and ripe fruit (blackberry, raspberry, cassis). The tannins are velvety, soft, the fruit structure follows the course and the impression in the finale is harmonious.

Goes well with pies, terrines, lamb, pasta, pasta, chicken, grilled chicken
Vinification
80% in stainless steel tanks, the remaining 20% of the young wine is aged for 20 months in pièce (wooden French oak barrel with a capacity of 228 liters)
