Tasting note
Complex bouquet of blackberries, plums, licorice and pepper. Dense body with lots of fruit melts, elegant drinking flow and perfect balance in a long, spicy aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with venison, hard cheese and lamb.
Vinification
Harvest by hand in small boxes. 4 weeks of extraction, aging in 25% new French oak barrels.
