About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the French winery Philippe & Vincent Jaboulet extend across the landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. With the dominant white wine 2016 — Crozes Hermitage blanc AC, nuances and accents are redefined. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Hermitage with an aperitif or rice dishes.

Tasting note
On the nose, this white wine impresses with its variety of aromas: fresh fruits (peach, pear, apple, melon), which are complemented by dried fruits and subtle notes of herbs. The fruit and the elegant body as well as the aromatic persistence form a firm basis for a wine that impresses with many facets and pleasant length in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti, fish dishes, salty pastries, crustaceans and soft cheeses.
Vinification
80% in stainless steel tanks, the remaining 20% of the young wine is aged for twelve months in pièce (wooden French oak barrel with a capacity of 228 liters)
