About the wine
A characterful Syrah with intense aromas of dark berries, black pepper and purple flowers. Powerful and juicy on the palate, with fine spiciness, ripe tannins and a long, harmonious finish.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red in the glass. The nose opens with aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries and a touch of black pepper, complemented by floral notes of violets. On the palate, the wine is powerful and full-bodied, with ripe tannins and a fine spiciness. The aftertaste is long and structured, with an elegant freshness and mineral depth.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with grilled beef, lamb chops or a spicy ratatouille. Ripened cheeses such as Comté or Manchego are also perfect.
