Tasting note
Due to the soil conditions, the Crozes Hermitage is lighter and tastier than its famous brother Hermitage. This has the advantage that the wines are ready to be enjoyed as soon as they are filled in the bottle. They show the typical Syrah aromas of sour cherries combined with sophisticated spicy notes. Generous and crunchy on the palate, the tannins are velvety. Good balance of all components.

Vinification
Aging for 12 months to 1/3 in concrete eggs, 2/3 in large wooden barrels.
