Tasting note
Color: deep dark red with ruby shades. Aroma: Bouquet of ripe cherries, plums and blackberries, fine spiciness with hints of tobacco. Character: Harmonious, lively wine with a nice structure. Balanced tannins, a slight residual natural sweetness. The wine is soft and full in taste with a depth that barely seems to end.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, game, recent cheeses, etc.
Vinification
Long maceration period and aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
