About the wine
Intense cherry red color, very elegant and complex on the nose. The palate is dominated by red fruits, but also by spicy notes. Typical, beguiling, concentrated Ribera del Duero fruit. Juicy with good texture and great length. 100% Tempranillo, at least 12 months in barriques.

Tasting note
Intense black cherry red with purple reflections. On the nose aromas such as; blueberries, blackberries, bread crust, vanilla and a little cinnamon paired with notes of cocoa and toast. On the palate, ripe blackberry, blueberry, strawberry and spice aromas and soft tannins. Fine wood notes on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats, hard cheeses, pasta dishes, stews.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place for 12 months in French and American oak followed by 6 months in bottle aging.
