Traditional winemaking combined with modern technologies gives the wine a distinctive fruity character surrounded by toasted notes. Particularly intense nuances and an elegant feeling characterize the palate. The Crianza was not filtered, which gives it a particularly high level of complexity. Great!

Vinification
Grapes harvested by hand, primary maceration in stainless steel tanks at 5 °C, fermentation at a maximum of 25° during 10 days aging in American and French oak barrels for 14 months. The barrels have an average age of 2 years.
