Tasting note
Beautiful garnet red with a wonderful scent of raspberries. The long-lasting aroma is due to the extremely large amount of processed fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, desserts.
Vinification
Ultrafine alcohol is added to the tanks. The maceration is carried out cold and lasts 4-5 weeks. The infusion obtained in this way is then removed and carefully filtered. The slow addition of granulated sugar naturally lowers the alcohol content and develops the flavor of the fruit.
