Tasting note
A soft pink color interspersed with discreet coppery reflections. Fine accents of vineyard peaches on the nose, the character is airy and elegant. A fresh, full and fruity taste that ends with a nice length.
Vinification
A unique character that bluntly expresses the aromas of the famous Cabernet Franc from the clayey and calcareous soils of Montreuil Bellay and Puy Notre-Dame, over 60% of which are contained in the cuvée. An additional touch of audacity: the addition of Pinot Noir, whose profile wonderfully complements that of the main grape variety. The delicious notes of the wine are refined very slightly during 18 months of aging before a moderate dosage of between 10 and 12 g/l takes place.
