Tasting note
Light golden color interspersed with fine and sophisticated bubbles. On the nose, pleasant scents of white flowers (linden, hawthorn). On the finish, a delicate taste with intense freshness.
Vinification
An unmistakable fingerprint of the Chenin grape, which makes up over 50% of the cuvée, while Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc underline the wine's racy structure. A moderate dosage of between 8 and 10 g/l rounds off the cuvée after maturing in contact with the yeast for at least 24 months in the silence of the house's cellars.
