Tasting note
On the nose, there is a seductive freshness, accompanied by delicate floral aromas and a hint of red apples. On the palate, the wine has a lively minerality and a pleasant lightness supported by a fine structure. The finish is long and elegant, with the freshness of the wine in perfect harmony with its finesse.
Vinification
The hand-picked grapes are pressed in two stages, then fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at 18°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is stored on the lees for 12-15 months, then shaken, disgorged and refined with the “liqueur d'expédition” before being bottled as “Brut”.
