Color: Light lemon yellow with shiny shimmer, elegant, fine perlage. Aroma: Fresh, fruity aroma palette, floral nuances, delicate aromas, brioche, slightly nutty in the finale. Body: Very long start, delicate acidity, clear aromas, strong on the palate with a beautiful hazelnut aroma. Quality: The diverse soils of Burgundy give this crémant its unique aroma.
