About the wine
Maison Arthur Metz is located in the heart of the “Goldene Krone” wine region in Marlenheim, at the northern entrance of the picturesque Alsace wine route. Tasting note
A yellow gold robe with an amber sheen. An amazing but pleasant bouquet with aromas of yellow fruits. Nice fruit and long-lasting taste.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with light appetizers such as oysters, scallops or smoked salmon. It also goes wonderfully with mild goat cheese or a creamy risotto with asparagus and lemon zest. To top it off, it is an excellent accompaniment to fruity desserts such as lemon tart or fruit salad with fresh berries.
Vinification
The ripe grapes are harvested by hand. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperatures. After tapping and filtration, the wine undergoes its second fermentation, the so-called “prise de mousse”. After expansion on the slats, it is dosed by shaking, disgorging and shipping.
