Tasting note
Aromas of red fruits strawberry and raspberry on the nose. On the palate, the Crémant is fresh and harmonious, with a hint of red fruit.

Vinification
The winemaking takes place in stainless steel tanks with a short maceration of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method, followed by ageing on yeast for at least one year before the Crémant goes on sale. The 8 grams of sugar added during disgorging are a subtle dose that highlights the aromas of this fine Crémant Rosé.
