Tasting note
The Crémant d'Alsace AC Brut Grand Prestige aromas of almond, honey and ginger express a great deal of finesse with a very individual structure. The fruity nuances of lime and green apple then reveal their own character. A sparkling wine with a slender body and outstanding acidity, which develops its complex structure on the tongue and palate.

Vinification
Made after traditional bottle fermentation from selected Alsatian grapes. The long aging period on yeast gives Crémant depth, complexity and fine creaminess.
