Tasting note
Creativity is the result of a project between oenologist and winemaker from Cottinelli. A white wine from Graubünden, which is made from various varieties in such a way that it is fresh, aromatic and balanced. A passe-partout that is fun, according to the motto: “Creativity means breaking out of fixed patterns in order to look at things in a different way.”
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, salads, cheese and white meats.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked and destemmed by hand. Fermentation and aging take place exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
