Tasting note
Dark purple color with purple reflections. Tempting aromas of ripe black olives, completed by notes of black pepper. Very rich on the palate, with intense notes of ripe plums, black pepper and light smoky notes. The ripe tannins of CREATION Syrah/Grenache are beautifully balanced and well integrated.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat dishes such as braised lamb, beef or game. The wine also reveals its full elegance and depth with aged cheese or a rich pasta with salsiccia.
