Tasting note
Bright garnet red with an inviting bouquet of spices - peppercorns and cloves - complemented by a delicate touch of dried apricots. Soft and complex on the palate: layers of dried fruit mix with a touch of raspberry and spicy spice. A long-lasting wine with supple tannins that ensure excellent aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal cordon bleu, tagliatelle with smoked salmon, and duck with lentil and mushroom salad.
Vinification
100% Pinot Noir Harvested by hand. 50% whole grapes fermented in large barrels. Ageing took place in 25% new oak and 75% second and third and third filled French oak barrels for 12 months.
