Tasting note
Its elegant garnet red is the icing on the cake for any special occasion. Your friends will tell you. The floral aromas of mint, boiled fruit and marmalade express a lot of finesse with a very unique structure. Next, the floral nuances of violet, blueberry and plum reveal their own character. Heavy body and dominant acidity result in the red wine, which shows a lot of character and class with dominant tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
The wine should be enjoyed during this period: up to 4 years. Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Goes perfectly with white meat, tapas and barbecue.
Vinification
The grapes are brought to the winery in 22 kg crates. After a strict selection, the stems are removed, the grapes are squeezed and placed in stainless steel barrels. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for 7 days. Reifun
